Service Agreement: By engaging in our photography, video and content creation services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

Scope of Work: The scope of work will be defined in the project brief. Any additional requests must be communicated and agreed upon in writing. Our commitment is to adhere to the project brief to the best of our ability, recognizing that unforeseen challenges outlined in our force majeure may necessitate adjustments.

Overrun in Shoot Time: In the event of an overrun in shoot time, we reserve the right to decline working extra time. This decision will be made at our discretion and may be influenced by scheduling constraints and prior commitments.

 
Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. Full payment is due upon completion of photo/ video shoot and completed photos/ videos will be sent via WeTransfer or Google Drive upon receipt of full payment.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled date. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Copyright: All copyrights remain with the Obsidian Flame Studios Ltd. Usage rights will be granted upon full payment.

Delivery: Finalized images and videos will be delivered within 7 working days of the shoot unless otherwise specified.

Editing: Editing will be performed at the discretion of Obsidian Flame Studios Ltd. Additional edits may incur extra charges.

Client Cooperation:  The client is responsible for providing necessary assistance, cooperation, and access to ensure the successful completion of the project. It is imperative that the client provides a conducive and unbusy environment, ensuring ample space for the shoot. It is essential for the client to maintain reasonable availability and offer assistance during the session to safeguard against any compromise to the quality and quantity of work.

In the case of an outdoor/on-location shoot, it is also the client's responsibility to select a time when lighting and weather conditions do not compromise the quality of the work.

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued, even in cases of client dissatisfaction.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for unforeseen events, including natural disasters, adverse weather or lighting conditions, accidents, absence of a conducive environment or client cooperation during the shoot, location restrictions, or any other uncontrollable circumstances that may impact project completion. This extends to potential effects on the quantity and quality of photos/videos delivered.
